Making 'Great Look Easy' with Robert Timms social media strategy

Objective

Robert Timms approached Brandalism to review their social media strategy and support the business in developing a new social media approach that focused on key audience insights, brand positioning and key business developments. The objective was to interrogate the social channels against where the brand wanted to be and the expectations of the audience in order to better align to the needs of the customer and create greater value for the business.

 

 

What We Did

Over the course of several weeks we worked closely alongside the Robert Timms marketing team to intimately get to know the business and expectations of the audience. We also reviewed a large audience insights project that had been carried out to ensure what we were planning for social aligned exactly to what the research was telling us. The result was a robust strategy that aims to demystify certain products, hero others and generate loyalty amongst consumers – ultimately driving interested traffic in-store.
