Expanding into the Super Premium Pet Food Category with Hypro

Objective

On the back of our work with Pure Life, Brandalism was brought across another of Hypro Pet Foods products – their leading super premium range, Hypro Premium.

While Hypro Premium had a solid customer base of breeders and pet owners who loved their natural, Australian made and owned products, there was work to be done on ensuring their brand personality and customer confidence shined through on social media. When designing and executing our tailor-made social media strategy for the brand, we wanted to solidify a consistent look and feel, create highly intentional content that spoke to the high-quality nature of the product while fostering engagement and a sense of community. We set out to achieve greater brand name recognition in the highly competitive pet food space, grow awareness, drive more traffic to their website and ultimately achieve more online sales.

 

 

 

What We Did

We developed a content marketing strategy across social media, email marketing and Hypro Premium’s website, positioning them as ‘The Breeders Choice in Pet Food’. Through amplifying ambassadorships, facilitating new partnerships and better connecting with its community of breeders and animal lovers, we created a space where Hypro Premium was seen and recognised as trusted pet experts. We created meaningful content focused on the quality of their products, health and wellbeing of pets with a solid social visual identity through in-house graphic design, product and pet photography, and videography. Not only has Hypro Premium seen more than a 500% increase in engagement on social media through regular content creation and campaign launches, but also more than 10x the web traffic from social media. This organic content creation was supported by a paid media strategy that ultimately helped the brand to achieve its best online sales on record, launch new product ranges and develop a new e-commerce store where Hypro Pet Foods products are sold with Hypro Premium, its leading brand.
