Objective

Hearing Australia have worked with Brandalism for over two years now. We were initially brought on to support the business with their community management needs by responding to all customer commentary and direct enquiries. This soon developed into providing social media marketing support across their social channels and working alongside their creative agency to support social initiatives for larger campaign events.

 

 

What We Did

We created an approach to content that took into account the nuances and hearing challenges of the Hearing Australia community as well as creating content specifically to support their first nations audience who are high-risk in terms of hearing disorders. All content developed is with hearing in mind – from alt text and subtitles on all production to a community management strategy that took into account that our customers often can’t call customer service with an issue.
