Objective

The Harris Farm brand is rich with family history and a true passion for bringing people together to experience the love and joy of food. At its core is a desire to do good business, support suppliers and provide Australians with the very best grocery experience centred around Value with Values. Harris Farm Markets looked towards Brandalism to create a comprehensive content strategy that would unite and ignite all of their consumer-facing channels and deliver true value to the customer and therefore drive the brand and business forward.

 

 

 

What We Did

For one of our most comprehensive strategies to date we started by immersing ourselves across all Harris Farm channels and into the day-to-day activities of the various teams that make up the business. By getting to know the complexities of how the business worked and spending time analysing audience behaviour across multiple channels we were able to identify opportunities and begin the strategy development process. The strategy looked at the why, the how, the who and the where of the content – considering wider long-term business objectives that were still in the works. It brought the needs of several teams together, from buying to performance – and of course the marketing and loyalty.
